Connecting to the Board Room Monitor

The monitor in this room provides the ability to simply and quickly mirror your WIN10 laptop or Android device. This wireless connection allows users to mirror their device (with audio) and maintain internet browsing functionality. Sharing your screen, while browsing the web and sharing video is easier than ever! There is nothing to download/install and no cables to connect. This works with Mid-State and external devices. See below to learn how to connect.

Screen Mirroring

  1. Use the remote control (usually stored in the bottom right side cabinet on the back wall) to power on the monitor.
  2. Press the ‘Source’ button to bring up the Source menu
  3. Use the left and right arrow keys on the remote to select the ‘Screen Mirror’ input and then press the ‘Enter’ or ‘OK’ button
  4. On the computer that’s being used, right click on the desktop and select the “Display Settings” option.

5. Once the display settings option has been clicked, you will then have to click the “Connect to a                     wireless display” option.

Once you click “Connect to a wireless display”. You will be asked to select the monitor you wish to connect to. You should select [Signage] Samsung QBH Series

Once you select the monitor, you will then be wirelessly connected.

Wired Connection

  1. Connect the display connection to the computer that you wish to show on the monitor
  2. On the remote, press the “Source” button to change the monitor to HDMI 1.
