Crestron System How-To

To power up the system, press the “Touch To Begin” button on the screen.  Once the button has been pressed, the system will power up.

Once powered up, you are given 5 presentation options: PC, Laptop (VGA), Laptop (HDMI), Doc Cam, Via Connect.

 

Use the PC presentation option to showcase the PC located in the room onto the projector screen.

Utilize this option along with a laptop, connect the VGA cable to your laptop to showcase your screen through the projector onto the screen.

 

Utilize this option along with a laptop, connect the HDMI cable to your laptop to showcase your screen through the projector onto the screen.

 

Utilize this option when accessing the Doc Cam connected to the system.  This option will showcase the Doc Cam through the projector onto the screen.

 

There are also multiple options located on the bottom of the Crestron screen:

This option powers the system off.

Utilize this option to obtain Help Desk information as well as the location of the system you are using.

 

Utilize this option to raise and lower the volume of the media being shown through the projector.

Use this option to raise the volume for the microphones.

Use this option to lower the volume for the microphones

Use this option to mute the microphones.
