2. Choose Cloud
3. Choose OneDrive (log in if needed)
4. Choose Your File
5. Click on Share Arrow

Share a PowerPoint (from Flash Drive)

Share the Document Camera

1. Turn on the Document Camera or Select Doc Cam as a Source
2. Click the Share Arrow

Share a Website

1. Click the + sign
2. Choose Internet Browser
3. Go to Website
4. Click on Share Arrow

Use a Whiteboard

1. Click the + sign
2. Choose Whiteboard
3. Click on Share Arrow

Annotate on a Screen

1. Click on the three vertical dots
2. Click annotation

2. Click the Picture Icon

Record a Video to Blackboard

1. Make sure Panopto is set up in your Blackboard Course prior to using the Cynap
2. Click the Three vertical dots
3. Click Record Button
4. Choose Panopto
5. Find your ID number
6. Choose your Blackboard Folder
7. Click Record

Record a Video to Store on a Flash Drive

1. Make sure your flash drive is in the Cynap
2. Click the three vertical dots
3. Click the Record Button
4. Choose Record to Flash Drive

Project Wirelessly from My Laptop

1. Click the + on the Cynap
2. Choose Mirror
3. Got to your computer and click on the search icon
4. Type Connect to wireless and click on the app that comes up.
5. Click Connect to Wireless Display under Multiple Displays
6. Choose the Cynap

*Note: there may be a slight pause as it goes up to the screen. Make sure you give it sufficient time to load.

Project from My Laptop – Wired

1. Plug the HDMI/Display Port cable to your computer.
2. Click the +
3. Choose Computer

Project from an iPad or iPhone

1. Go to Wireless Settings and Choose Cynap as your Network
2. Swipe Up from Bottom Twice or Double Click the Home Key
3. Click Screen Mirroring
4. Choose Cynap

Project from Android Device

1. Go to Wireless Settings and Choose Cynap as your network
2. Swipe down from the top
3. Select Smart View or Cast
4. Select Cynap

End Presentation

1. 1. Click Three vertical dots
   2. Choose End Presentation

*This will clear out any of your files, logins, etc. If you have a Flash Drive in the Cynap, it will save your settings for your next session.

Control Cynap from Computer

1. Go to Web Browser
2. Type in IP address
