To print to a network printer, PaperCut must be running

To confirm PaperCut is running, follow the steps given below:

  • Right click on your taskbar and select Task Manager

  • Look for the pc-client.exe client
Note: If the PaperCut icon is not present, run c:\cache\pc-client.exe-16.0.0.34962\pc-client.exe  (or latest .exe version)
